EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Exchange of size for the same product (same sku) is allowed but subject to stock availability strictly no return or refund upon purchase.
    
2. Customers are allowed to request within 7 days upon receiving your item. Please contact us : WhatsApp to +60 17-323 6833 (click me) with your order id number & size you wish to exchange.
    
3. All postage cost will be borne by the customer or you may bring your purchase together with the Receipt to exchange at our HQ.
    
4. Please note that the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any exchange or return.
    
5. Hoops Station will not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.​​

Purchases made from All Hoopsstation retail stores (KL Lot10, Sunway Pyramid, SummitUSJ, Sunway Velocity, Penang Gurney Paragon, JB Southkey, PJ Starling Mall, Dataran Pahlawan, Melaka & Vivacity Kuching) must be returned to the store along with the purchased item and purchase receipt.
